What you will do

• Serve as the primary data liaison for business domains, building trusted relationships with leaders and squads.
• Own the intake, triage, and prioritisation of domain data needs in alignment with EPMO & SDLC processes and enterprise data standards.
• Steer the Data team to deliver data products and services on time, to cost, and with the right quality outcome.
• Define and track product success metrics to ensure the team is working on the right things.
• Proactively manage stakeholders by forming a close working relationship and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience of driving value and change in a data domain (Engineering, analytics, platforms, etc).
• Experience of agile methodology and tools.
• Good communication, presentation, explanation, and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to lead collaboration and influence decision making with strong stakeholder and 3rd party management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and at pace to tight deadlines.
• Commercial understanding of the business and what drives KPIs.
