hirify.global is a company seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst for its technology team to support enterprise infrastructure environments.

What you will do

• Support and operate enterprise IT infrastructure environments, ensuring performance, availability, and capacity.
• Own day-to-day infrastructure operations across servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements.
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including data center optimization and cloud migration efforts.
• Act as a senior escalation point during infrastructure incidents and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Design, document, and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions, and maintain infrastructure documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or operations.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or equivalent), Active Directory, and identity services.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching) and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience supporting regulated or highly controlled environments.
• Exposure to infrastructure cost management, budgeting, or vendor coordination.
• Experience supporting infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Prior experience acting as a senior technical lead or escalation point.
