Product Manager (Fintech)

Focus on translating customer insights into clear, actionable problems and championing the customer perspective throughout the development process.

Location: This position is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office, and is based in St. John’s, Canada or Toronto, Canada.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for driving adoption of hirify.global Verafin’s Workforce Management capabilities.
• Identify high value use cases and business problems that can be addressed through data technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, data science) to align product capabilities with market needs.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and capabilities based on market demands and business objectives.
• Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and insights to inform product development.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of data technologies, architectures, and analytics solutions.
• A proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP).
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated financial services industries.
• Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.
