What you will do

• Provide quality assurance reviews to ensure consistent seller experience.
• Develop and maintain impactful QA programs with the Senior Specialist and Policy team.
• Identify gaps in current systems, policies, and products and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Provide actionable feedback to agents and their leads to shift underlying behavioral trends.

Requirements

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, vendor partners, financial crime).
• Passion for mentoring fraud investigators and agents.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Looker, or similar business intelligence/big data analytics platforms.
• Experience conducting quality assurance reviews.
