What you will do
- Provide quality assurance reviews to ensure consistent seller experience.
- Develop and maintain impactful QA programs with the Senior Specialist and Policy team.
- Identify gaps in current systems, policies, and products and drive cross-functional improvements.
- Provide actionable feedback to agents and their leads to shift underlying behavioral trends.
Requirements
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, vendor partners, financial crime).
- Passion for mentoring fraud investigators and agents.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Looker, or similar business intelligence/big data analytics platforms.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews.
