Salary: CAD $149,600–$202,400

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure for production environments.
• Implement and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response for system reliability.
• Lead cloud optimization projects for performance, cost, and security.
• Mentor team members and partner with Security, MLOps, and Product Engineering for scalable systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating AWS infrastructure and managed services (RDS, EKS, Lambda) at scale.
• Expertise with Terraform, infrastructure automation, and coding skills for tooling.
• Proficiency in container orchestration, cluster management, and CI/CD systems (Buildkite, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana), Linux systems administration, and networking.
• Eligible to work across Canada (excluding Quebec).
• English: B2+ level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) in production AWS environments.
• Expertise in best practices for managing and securing Cloud environments at scale.
• Prior experience in platform engineering or developer productivity teams.
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling distributed data stores (e.g., MySQL/Aurora).
