Senior Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure)

TL;DR

Senior Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure/Product): Drives execution across Infrastructure, Security, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering teams, while also serving as Product Manager for Infrastructure, defining and maintaining its roadmap. Focus on coordinating complex technical initiatives, managing work intake and prioritization, and establishing/improving team processes.

Location: Remote-first role based in the U.S. Team members are expected to attend multiple company-wide and team-specific onsites throughout the year.

What you will do

• Serve as Product Manager for Infrastructure, representing internal customer needs and prioritizing requirements.
• Define and maintain the infrastructure platform roadmap.
• Own program execution across Infrastructure, Security, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering teams.
• Manage work intake, prioritization, and tracking; facilitate team ceremonies.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, communicating program status, risks, and trade-offs.
• Establish and improve team processes for planning, execution, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing programs in AWS environments (migrations, infrastructure buildouts, cloud operations).
• Experience managing SOC 2 and PCI compliance programs.
• Experience gathering requirements from engineering teams and translating them into platform/infrastructure deliverables.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Linear, Jira, etc.).
• Track record of driving complex, cross-team initiatives to completion.

Nice to have

• Background in security, DevOps, or data engineering.
• Experience as a Platform PM or internal tools.
