Salary: $270,000 – $350,000

What you will do
- Build and scale customer operations by developing repeatable processes.
- Establish operating rhythms and reporting for visibility into delivery health and risks.
- Strengthen cross-functional execution by partnering with GTM, Product, and Engineering.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to unblock execution and improve outcomes.
- Manage and develop a Strategy & Operations team.
- Drive planning and resourcing practices that support predictable execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with director-level scope in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, post-sales operations, CX operations, or adjacent functions.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose ambiguous problems and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience scaling a post-sales, CX, or delivery organization during hypergrowth.
- Strong executive communication and trust-building skills.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Direct experience partnering with Sales/GTM on deal scoping and success readiness.
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-adjacent companies.
- Prior experience building an operations function from scratch or leading it through early scale.
