What you will do

• Collaborate with key partners to complete the roadmap throughout a live game’s life cycle.
• Coordinate the development of multiple achievements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide day-to-day mentorship and course correction as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with team leadership and facilitate between the Product Owner and the Team.
• Identify and remove impediments to help the team deliver.
• Drive agile events such as backlog estimates, daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of mobile game production experience in full cycle development and/or live operations.
• Proven track record of delivering features within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Jira and Confluence user skills.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location (USA) without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum certification.
• Prior experience in social casino development.
