Technical Architect (DACH)

TL;DR

Technical Architect (DACH): Designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for large-scale enterprise deployments with an accent on technical discovery, solution design, and data migrations. Focus on translating complex customer needs into well-architected hirify.global platform solutions and influencing the product roadmap.

Location: Munich, Germany. Work is hybrid, requiring office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Own the hands-on technical delivery of customer engagements, including discovery, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
• Lead the design and execution of large-scale content and data migrations.
• Translate client business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions maximizing hirify.global’s value.
• Participate in and lead technical design sessions, documenting architectures and identifying gaps and risks.
• Design and build customer integrations, automations, and custom tooling.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers with architectural decisions and identifying hirify.global expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, forward-deployed engineering, or similar, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python, with comfort in writing production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions.
• Fluency in both English and German required.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS professional services, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in complex coding or business workflows.
• Background in developing technical frameworks, discovery methodologies, or internal tooling.
• Strong history of collaboration with product and engineering teams, including influencing roadmaps.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or early engagement phases, including technical discovery and effort estimation.
