What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop Network Operations and Network Automation teams.
• Oversee daily operations for globally distributed, mission-critical network environments.
• Direct the design and implementation of robust, secure, and fault-tolerant global network solutions.
• Drive modern Network Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and NetDevOps practices.
• Lead major incident response and ensure audit-ready infrastructure.
• Manage vendor partnerships, operational budgets, and technology procurement.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in core networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching (BGP, STP), VLANs, VPNs (IPsec/SSL).
• Strong hands-on experience with Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco routers & switches.
• Understanding of AWS cloud networking (VPCs, hybrid connectivity) and Kubernetes networking.
• Mastery of Network Automation (Python, Ansible), APIs, IaC, and NetDevOps workflows.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical teams in large-scale environments.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience designing end-to-end network automation pipelines.
• Strong scripting capabilities for automation and tooling development.
• ITIL/ITSM exposure for enterprise operations maturity.
• Past experience with migration projects, modernization programs, or hybrid cloud architectures.
