What you will do
- Lead a significant part of project management, running multiple multi-discipline Feature Teams.
- Be responsible for the overall development strategy and roadmap of the teams you supervise.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of output for key deliveries.
- Manage day-to-day operations and utilise project management tools to achieve deliverables.
- Drive team focus each sprint through a continuously refined and prioritised product backlog.
- Maintain the Risk Register and collaborate with Production Leadership to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), and champion their implementation.
- Pro-active approach, actively seeking to make improvements in processes, risk management, or personal growth.
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA, including JQL, Rich Filters, workflows, backlogs, and reporting.
- Experience with both traditional Waterfall and Agile production management techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking and bug database software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across product development and management teams.
- Experience working with high performing creative teams and partnering effectively in a high pressure, collaborative environment.
