What you will do
- Lead project management for multiple multi-discipline Feature Teams, defining development strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure consistency and quality of output for key deliveries and manage day-to-day team operations.
- Drive team focus each sprint through continuously refined and prioritized product backlogs.
- Control scope vs. capacity, identifying outsource opportunities, and facilitating work breakdown.
- Maintain the Risk Register, collaborating on risk mitigation and facilitating bug triage.
- Present valuable metrics on progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in JIRA, including JQL, Rich Filters, workflows, backlogs, and reporting.
- Experience with traditional Waterfall production management techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel), Confluence, and project tracking/bug database software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across product development and management teams.
- Experience working with high-performing creative teams in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.
