What you will do
- Deliver exceptional technical customer support and own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues.
- Leverage technical expertise to implement one-time fixes and deploy/debug the hirify.global stack locally.
- Contribute to the back-office/tooling roadmap and advocate hirify.global best practices.
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product teams based on customer needs.
- Mentor less experienced technical support engineers and collaborate to improve team processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong scripting and SQL experience.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support ticketing systems.
- Strong knowledge of modern development tools (Git, Docker, CLI).
- Familiarity with Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, collaborative mindset, and team spirit.
- Ability to adapt rapidly and learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Interest in the crypto field or prior experience with finance/crypto-related products.
- Prior experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environment.
