What you will do

• Deliver complex programmes with multiple business and technical risks.
• Create and track a plan to deliver programme goals, including technical implementation.
• Understand trade-offs in software delivery and drive consensus with Engineering and Product teams.
• Foresee potential risks and issues, establish processes, and manage escalations.
• Understand technical architecture to foresee impacts on dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define annual budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Programme Methodologies, Managing Risk, and Programme Governance.
• Ability to create and track complex programme goals and technical implementation plans.
• Understanding of software delivery trade-offs and technical architecture impact.
• Experience collaborating on budgetary requirements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder relationship building and influencing skills.
• Good knowledge of engineering best practices and practical infrastructure implementations.
• Must be based in the UK and work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote working in Welwyn Garden City.
