Project Professional (ESN)

TL;DR

Project Professional (ESN): Supporting the delivery and coordination of ESN incremental coverage solutions, managing relationships with 3rd party site providers and internal BT Directorates to ensure operational coverage and revenue generation. Focus on coordinating tasks, ensuring on-time and in-budget delivery, and supporting key customer relationships for the Emergency Services Network.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office in Birmingham, United Kingdom)

What you will do

• Support relationships with Delivery and Deployment functions across relevant BT Directorates.
• Coordinate tasks for successful mobilisation for ESN requirements.
• Coordinate tasks to support Coverage Implementation, Deployment and Commercial teams.
• Ensure Coverage Implementation activities operate on time and in budget according to customer requirements.
• Support customer relationships with key customers such as the Home Office and ESN User Groups.
• Gather project data for reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in Telecoms delivery and technology.
• Experience working with technical internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in data gathering technical data and analyzing data (e.g., Excel Vlookups).
• Experience managing costs and coordinating in a project environment.
• Ability to work 3 days a week in the office in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
• Willingness to undergo National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level.
