What you will do

• Act as primary point of contact for customers post go-live.
• Support client adoption of hirify.global across teams and workflows.
• Train users on product features and best practices.
• Optimize month-end, reconciliation, and reporting processes for customers.
• Understand client business models and hirify.global's operational support.
• Proactively identify risks, adoption gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Support, Account Managers, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS, consulting, fintech, or accounting-related roles.
• Strong interest in crypto, accounting, and financial operations.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation workflows.
• Comfortable learning technical concepts like APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Enjoys working directly with customers and solving operational problems.
• Clear communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, audit, or finance tooling.
• Exposure to crypto projects, Web3 companies, or blockchain ecosystems.
