What you will do

• Design and implement complex integrations between the platform and customer systems like ERP, PLM, and CRM.
• Lead technical onboarding and go-live processes to ensure seamless customer activation.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and feedback insights to Product and Engineering to improve API capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to shape revenue-driving integration features.
• Define common integration patterns and maintain high-quality documentation to improve the developer experience.
• Own product modules and sales motions related to specific integration use cases.

Requirements

• Must be within the +/- 2h time zone of Munich for remote work.
• Strong experience working hands-on with APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business value.
• Proven capability to manage customer-facing projects and technical onboardings.
• Willingness to learn the electronics industry domain.
