Corporate IT Team Leader

TL;DR

Corporate IT Team Leader (System Engineering): Leading and developing Corporate IT operations across four offices, responsible for end-user support, device lifecycle, identity and access management, and office infrastructure reliability with an accent on service quality, security hygiene, and continuous improvement. Focus on hands-on management of Fortinet networks, Okta administration, Google Workspace, and endpoint management for macOS and Windows fleets.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Corporate IT team supporting four offices.
• Own Jira Service Management operations, including workflows, SLAs, and reporting.
• Manage office networks across four sites using Fortinet for LAN/WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, and VPNs.
• Administer Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence), Okta for identity and access management, and Google Workspace.
• Oversee endpoint management for macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) fleets, including procurement and lifecycle.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering on endpoint security, access controls, and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Corporate IT / IT Operations / Systems Administration.
• Proven leadership experience in IT operations and service desk processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet, SD-WAN, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), BGP, and OSPF.
• Expertise in Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf (macOS), and Intune (Windows) administration.
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Git, certificate management, and authentication integrations.
• Strong communication in English and a service-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint security tooling (EDR, DLP, device posture).
• Experience with physical access control systems and office security equipment.
