IT Operations Specialist (AI): Supporting and scaling hirify.global’s internal IT environment, focusing on end-user support, systems administration, identity management, and automation for a growing, distributed workforce. Focus on improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid, remote work may be considered if more than 30 miles from an office. New hires are invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs, and teams gather quarterly for collaboration).

Salary: 165,000 zł–185,000 zł

What you will do

• Support and scale hirify.global’s internal IT environment, blending end-user and systems support.
• Drive automation, platform ownership, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure.
• Contribute to repeatable, scalable solutions for a distributed workforce.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles.
• Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune).
• Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar).
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with familiarity with Terraform.
• Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional after-hours or weekend support.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
