What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams across customer-facing domains.
• Set and evolve technical direction in collaboration with engineering leaders.
• Drive modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability).
• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to define roadmaps and deliver outcomes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of engineering talent.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in global engineering functions.
• Experience collaborating across various disciplines and organizational structures.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing large technology transformation projects in the financial industry.
