What you will do

• Configure and support SmartVista BackOffice products and services.
• Prepare SmartVista BackOffice improvement plans.
• Ensure the stability and quality of BackOffice processes.
• Support mandatory changes, new features, and system integrations.
• Communicate with PSs, partners, and internal teams.
• Analyze TORs of new features and products, identify weaknesses, and provide system improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting card processing Back Office systems.
• Strong knowledge of clearing rules, settlement cycles, and processes.
• Experience in working with Visa, MC, UPI certification and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Visa, MC, UPI rules, clearing, settlement, and authorization processes.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS principles.
• Being comfortable in bash scripts and PL/SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with SmartVista.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with software development.
