What you will do

• Prototype new AI-powered features based on emerging AI capabilities.
• Translate early ideas into end-to-end working prototypes.
• Design and maintain evaluation pipelines for AI systems.
• Compare models, prompts, and approaches using metrics and structured evaluation.
• Collaborate with R&D and product engineers to support production integration.
• Track relevant AI advancements and assess their applicability to products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software products or prototypes.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and modern AI APIs.
• Strong prototyping skills in Swift, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Experience building or using evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Ability to compare solutions using metrics and data.
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on real user value.
• Strong communication skills across engineering, R&D, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-device ML (Core ML, LiteRT Next, ONNX).
• Familiarity with mobile or desktop product architectures (iOS, Android, Electron).
• Experience with supervised fine-tuning or tuning provider-hosted models.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers or building demo UIs.
• Prior work on AI features used by large user bases.
