What you will do

• Prototype new product opportunities using AI tools like Claude Code, agentic frameworks, and no-code APIs before planning.
• Design end-to-end AI workflows, mapping input-reasoning-output-action chains and deciding AI vs. rules integration.
• Own evaluation layers, define success metrics, monitor drift, and build feedback loops for production AI features.
• Reason about token costs, latency, and model selection as core product decisions for scalability.
• Validate prototypes directly with real users through iterative feedback loops.
• Ship features from insight to production rapidly.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product role, 2+ years on AI-powered products
• Demonstrated prototypes built with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0 or equivalent)
• Hands-on agentic workflows: tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning
• Understanding of RAG, prompt architecture, models vs. rules
• Experience defining/running evals for production AI features
• Track record of shipping products end-to-end

• Personal AI projects outside work
• Experience navigating cost/latency tradeoffs in shipped features
• Work in paired product-engineering with prototype-first model
• Full ownership of features from zero to production
