What you will do

  • Engage with mid-market and enterprise customers at all levels.
  • Foster relationships with sales Account Executives and drive pre-sales engagements.
  • Mentor junior solution engineers on technical strategies and problem-solving approaches.
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts, including technical sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Scope and ensure the success of proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions and drive the technical win.

Requirements

  • Business-level written and oral communication skills in German are required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a technical pre-sales or channel role, preferably in SaaS or software product environments.
  • Experience with ITSM/ITIL Methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Excellent customer, partner-facing, and internal communication skills.
  • Experience working on complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
