What you will do
- Engage with mid-market and enterprise customers at all levels.
- Foster relationships with sales Account Executives and drive pre-sales engagements.
- Mentor junior solution engineers on technical strategies and problem-solving approaches.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts, including technical sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Scope and ensure the success of proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions and drive the technical win.
Requirements
- Business-level written and oral communication skills in German are required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a technical pre-sales or channel role, preferably in SaaS or software product environments.
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL Methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent customer, partner-facing, and internal communication skills.
- Experience working on complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
