Focus on leading the technical lifecycle of the sales process, developing complex multi-tenancy system architectures, and driving solution adoption.

Location: Must be based in Germany, with up to 30-40% travel across Germany.

What you will do

• Engage with customers to uncover technical and business pain points and architect tailored solutions.
• Lead the technical lifecycle of the sales process from qualification to closure, including high-impact product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Gather and synthesize customer requirements for Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Partner with Field/Specialist Sales, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to build robust Account Plans and drive solution adoption.
• Support regional Go-To-Market strategies by participating in marketing initiatives and public speaking engagements.
• Lead the technical response for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring submissions are accurate and strategically positioned.

Requirements

• Strong experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture with enterprise software solutions.
• Several years of practical skills with Linux systems, open-source software, and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
• Experience in creating complex system architectures with multiple components and integrations, especially for MSPs.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively to diverse audiences up to CXO level.
• Availability to travel up to 30-40% across Germany.
