What you will do
- Provide world-wide high-quality technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to provide support and participate in product improvement.
- Investigate customer issues, find root causes, and fix problems.
- Report bugs and collaborate with the R&D team.
- Interact with other departments to enhance product improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good experience in Windows and Linux administration.
- Experience in administering or at least usage of Virtualization environments.
- Experience using API requests and understanding their logic.
- Network management, including setting up and troubleshooting firewalls.
- Experience with Cloud Environments (e.g., AWS, Wasabi).
- Experience in Technical Support or Customer Service.
- English: Good communication skills required.
