What you will do

  • Provide world-wide high-quality technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to provide support and participate in product improvement.
  • Investigate customer issues, find root causes, and fix problems.
  • Report bugs and collaborate with the R&D team.
  • Interact with other departments to enhance product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Good experience in Windows and Linux administration.
  • Experience in administering or at least usage of Virtualization environments.
  • Experience using API requests and understanding their logic.
  • Network management, including setting up and troubleshooting firewalls.
  • Experience with Cloud Environments (e.g., AWS, Wasabi).
  • Experience in Technical Support or Customer Service.
  • English: Good communication skills required.
