What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer technical requests regarding Helix Core application software.
• Actively engage with the team to learn, share ideas, and mentor others while growing expertise.
• Review, research, and reproduce customer issues to determine and provide the best resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues, then research, document, and escalate cases.
• Provide customer-driven feedback to influence process/product improvements and author technical documents.

Requirements

• Two or more years’ experience providing customer technical support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar, or relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and prioritize accordingly.
• Positive attitude and emphasis on team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software development languages, tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Linux & Windows operating systems.
• Basic networking experience.
• Basic shell scripting experience.
• Experience with Helix Core, Git, or other version control software.
