What you will do

• Improve mobile application and Live Chat functionality for real-time customer support.
• Enhance WhatsApp channel functionality, ensuring seamless messaging experiences.
• Optimize Instagram channel product metrics, driving growth and engagement.
• Elevate user experiences by improving the Flow Builder visual editor for dynamic chatbot flows.
• Develop tools and resources for developers utilizing the hirify.global platform and enhancing the DevProgram.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a PHP developer in a product team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to use relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience in writing testable code and test cases.
• Capability to take ownership and lead long-term projects.
• Excellent communication skills, strong ability to collaborate, and a proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience working with loaded projects and queue systems.
• Skills working with infrastructure and third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of NoSQL solutions and analytical systems.
• Profound work with databases (replication, partitioning, sharding, PL/pgSQL).
