What you will do

• Define technical specifications for new development, mainly oriented towards Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Develop advanced software applications.
• Reach concerted decisions on technical choices with automation and electrical experts for proper solution integration.
• Manage projects under hirify.global processes.
• Ensure Artificial Intelligence technology watch and propose innovative ideas.
• Participate in technical scouting activities and document investigations to consolidate company know-how.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data or a Technical Institute high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, C, or C++ and expertise in Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and embedded solutions.
• Knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning models, deep learning, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn for AI applications (image processing, NLP).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Snowflake) is required.
• Fluency in professional English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and basic automation.
