What you will do

• Co-create the "Augmented Legal" vision for 2028/2030, mapping workflows and identifying agentizable tasks.
• Build, ship, and maintain production-ready AI agents from prototype to deployment.
• Design the governance framework and operating model for human-agent collaboration and scaling.
• Drive AI adoption across the legal team through demos, training, and feedback loops.
• Utilize advanced AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate development and scoping.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production software end-to-end.
• Practical experience in AI/LLM engineering, specifically with orchestration, evaluation, and reliability.
• Product-oriented mindset to define problems and iterate based on user feedback.
• High autonomy and an entrepreneurial approach to handling ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work with legal professionals and leadership.
