What you will do

• Plan and execute field demonstrations
• Design and orchestrate full participant journey before, during, and after events
• Ensure seamless flow and timing across all touchpoints
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
• Deliver high-standard hospitality and premium experience
• Source and manage suppliers aligned with company quality standards
• Maintain and elevate event experience standards

Requirements

• Successfully planned and delivered multiple high-profile B2B events or exhibitions end-to-end, ideally in defense or aerospace
• Managed complex logistics, tight deadlines, and international events
• Delivered third-party events like trade shows, managing coordination, logistics, and on-site execution
• Owned proprietary customer events including participant management, hospitality, and experience design
• Planned product demonstrations or field activations involving technical systems or live scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French, good English skills
