What you will do
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent through various channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial qualification interviews, providing recommendations to hiring teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate the assessment and interview process with hiring teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring journey.
- Manage employer branding efforts to position the company as an attractive workplace.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting within an internal HR function, agency, or consultancy.
- Demonstrable experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Knowledge and experience in hiring across various business areas, including Customer Service, Technology, and Financial roles.
- Strong ability to devise effective search strategies for complex hiring requirements.
- Good understanding of candidate markets and capability to generate market insights.
- Ability to recruit effectively in both high-volume and niche areas.
- Capable of hitting the ground running and working at speed.
