Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First (Go / React)

hirify.global builds cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure for contact centres, including routing, messaging, and real-time communication layers.

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end across Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontend functionality.
• Design and develop high-load, distributed, event-driven production systems.
• Use AI coding agents as part of daily development, guide their output, and verify the final implementation.
• Build backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, frontend features, and external integrations.
• Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, code quality, and AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong senior-level fundamentals.
• 4 years of hands-on production experience with Go.
• Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript and comfort working across the stack.
• Experience with high-load and distributed production systems, services, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot beyond simple autocomplete.
• Strong engineering judgment, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.

Nice to have

• CPaaS, CCaaS, telecom, contact-centre routing, ACD, or omnichannel messaging experience.
• Voice technologies such as WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, GraphQL federation, or API gateways.
• Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, LLM APIs, internal tooling, or open-source Go projects.
