TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer: Designing and implementing full-stack features from idea to production with an accent on system design, architecture, and high-load event-driven systems. Focus on improving performance, reliability, and scalability across backend, frontend, APIs, and databases.

Location: Choose your working format – remote, office-based, or hybrid. Medical Insurance and Sport Card perks are available for employees located in Bulgaria.

What you will do

Design and implement features from idea to production.
Work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation.
Take architectural decisions and improve existing system design.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the system.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
Proven experience building and maintaining high-load, event-driven systems.
Ability to work across the full stack (backend + frontend).
Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architectures.

Nice to have

Experience with Go.
Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud environments and containers.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
