What you will do

• Serve as an Addepar subject-matter expert, managing platform configuration, data integrity, and reporting.
• Oversee alternative investment operations, including commitments, capital activity, valuations, and documentation.
• Support trading and billing workflows by validating data and ensuring accurate platform configuration.
• Maintain data quality across systems by aligning CRM and platform data and performing regular hygiene checks.
• Enhance operational scalability through process improvements, automation, and contributions to data and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in product, investment, or platform/data operations.
• Advanced analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high proficiency in Excel and data validation workflows.

Nice to have

• Addepar experience.
• Finance background.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and exposure to SQL, Python, BI tools, billing, performance reporting, or workflow automation.
