What you will do

• Fraud Investigation and Audits: Investigate complex fraud scenarios to identify trends and vulnerabilities.
• Reports and Presentations: Synthesize findings into written deliverables and present actionable recommendations to customer leadership.
• End-to-End User Journey and Architecture Review: Review customer workflows to assess vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Liaison to Product: Partner with the Product team to inform the Product roadmap and address emerging fraud trends.
• Customer Fraud Discovery and Education: Join customer calls to shape recommendations and educate stakeholders on hirify.global’s approach to fraud.

Requirements

• Experience: You have 4+ years of experience of using data to empower business decisions.
• You bring customer-facing experience, and know how to synthesize your findings with different audiences.
• Problem-solver: You love finding innovative solutions by connecting the dots in unexpected ways, while still maintaining a clear, logical approach to breaking down problems.
• Proactive mindset: You're a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic environments.
• Data-driven approach: You bring strong SQL knowledge, paired with expertise in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication: You’re an all-star communicator, and know how to tailor how you communicate based on your audience.
