What you will do

• Design and build shared UI components, libraries, and abstractions for web and mobile.
• Contribute to the Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) API layer, focusing on clean contracts, performance, and reliability.
• Improve developer velocity by optimizing build, deploy, and testing pipelines.
• Enhance performance and reliability, identify latency issues, and improve observability.
• Partner with product engineering teams to understand their needs and shape platform investments.
• Maintain and evolve documentation and tooling for platform usability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building shared platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Strong practical skills in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and experience designing or consuming APIs for frontend applications.
• Deep care for developer experience and a track record of making other engineers more productive.
• Solid instincts around reliability, observability, and performance for production systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional partners.
• English: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience building shared component libraries or design systems for multiple surfaces (web, mobile, desktop).
• Knowledge of BFF architectures and API patterns that balance flexibility with consistency.
• Experience with performance optimization and latency reduction in consumer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, build systems, and deployment automation.
• Experience with observability and monitoring (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Working on AI/ML products or in rapidly evolving product environments.
