What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core B2B capability areas (e.g., pricing, customer hierarchies, ordering workflows).
• Translate the broader B2B vision into clear problem statements, opportunities, and executable plans.
• Develop deep empathy for B2B merchants and buyers through customer interviews, data analysis, and partner feedback.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and trade-offs in partnership with Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Own success metrics for your product areas, including adoption, engagement, performance, and contribution to retention, expansion, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of B2B commerce, SaaS, and enterprise workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into shipped, measurable product and revenue outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Must be based in the Sydney Metro area for a hybrid work model.
