What you will do

• Oversee strategic positioning and messaging to drive engagement, including developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
• Drive product and solution launches, developing strategy, messaging, and content in partnership with Revenue Marketing.
• Collaborate with Enablement to build targeted sales plays and deliver essential tools.
• Synthesize market and competitor intelligence to inform sales battlecards and product insights.
• Direct the strategy and creation of high-impact content across the funnel.
• Recruit, manage, and coach a world-class Product Marketing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing leadership.
• Builder mindset with a bias for action and prioritization.
• Excellent storyteller with a credible presence and strong collaboration skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and grow a diverse marketing team.
• Strategic thinker comfortable operating at both high and detailed levels.
