Senior Partner Success Manager

Location: This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, as the first regional hire in EMEA. Estimated travel of 25% is required.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of hirify.global partners, guiding them to scale and mature their hirify.global practice.
• Ensure partners deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for joint customers.
• Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor to partner organizations.
• Help partners navigate hirify.global’s internal processes and win key deals.
• Monitor partner-led projects, provide support for escalated issues, and ensure alignment with account teams.
• Act as an internal expert and advocate for partners, identifying opportunities and coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required.
• Deep experience (often 8+ years) in an Enterprise SaaS environment, working in or alongside Partner Success, Professional Services, or Customer Success roles.
• Strong Professional Services experience, including building/scaling delivery practices, Services GTM, and project management.
• Experience working with or within Partner organizations in an Enterprise SaaS environment, managing a portfolio of global or enterprise partners.
• Technical fluency in iPaaS / Enterprise Orchestration to assess delivery approaches, quality controls, and realistic staffing/timelines.
• Excellent execution, strong work ethic, attention to detail, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluency/business proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, etc).
