What you will do
- Own a portfolio of hirify.global partners, guiding them to scale and mature their hirify.global practice.
- Ensure partners deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for joint customers.
- Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor to partner organizations.
- Help partners navigate hirify.global’s internal processes and win key deals.
- Monitor partner-led projects, provide support for escalated issues, and ensure alignment with account teams.
- Act as an internal expert and advocate for partners, identifying opportunities and coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in English required.
- Deep experience (often 8+ years) in an Enterprise SaaS environment, working in or alongside Partner Success, Professional Services, or Customer Success roles.
- Strong Professional Services experience, including building/scaling delivery practices, Services GTM, and project management.
- Experience working with or within Partner organizations in an Enterprise SaaS environment, managing a portfolio of global or enterprise partners.
- Technical fluency in iPaaS / Enterprise Orchestration to assess delivery approaches, quality controls, and realistic staffing/timelines.
- Excellent execution, strong work ethic, attention to detail, communication, and relationship-building skills.
