What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of project managers and coordinators, setting standards for project delivery within the hirify.global Fashion vertical.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
• Define and implement project management best practices and workflows to help teams move faster without compromising quality.
• Act as the central connector between CGI, production, technology, and client teams, anticipating risks and resolving issues.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Monitor project health and progress, stepping in decisively when adjustments are needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the fashion industry, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience leading project teams in a complex, client-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and guide teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exposure to commercial discussions such as upselling, account growth, or long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
