Location: Remote from Germany, with comprehensive onboarding in Zurich (minimum one month) and encouraged monthly visits to Zurich supported by hirify.global.

What you will do

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Anticipate client needs and ensure they realize the full potential of hirify.global’s automation.
• Work with sales to design implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
