What you will do

• Deliver pioneering, social-first projects from initial idea to final delivery.
• Shape social strategy by challenging briefs and balancing creative risks with business needs.
• Support the Art Director and Brand team on-set to ensure visual consistency.
• Act as an "ideas factory," providing a continuous stream of suggestions for fresh content.
• Stay chronically online to track trends and identify collaborators for innovative content.
• Create rapid, "quick and dirty" edits and tailor outputs for different social platforms.
• Develop mood boards and presentations to clearly communicate your vision to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Possess a sharp eye for detail and a portfolio demonstrating impeccable craft across design, imagery, and storytelling.
• Take full ownership of your work, conceptualising ideas and managing productions with minimal supervision.
• Strive for excellence in everything built, from high-end campaign assets to rapid-fire social edits.
• Be pragmatic and solution-oriented, working closely with production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain a confident creative point of view while remaining an inclusive team player who listens and adapts.
• Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the social landscape and how to effectively brief 3D, motion, and graphic designers.
