What you will do
- Actively manage and engage with the hirify.global community on a daily basis to foster a welcoming environment.
- Share product updates, roadmap highlights, and key dates with the community.
- Plan, host, and moderate webinars and community sessions.
- Support basic affiliate communications within the community.
- Gather community feedback and advocate for the community.
- Coordinate announcements, launches, and updates with internal teams.
Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills and a strong sense of brand voice.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in community management, customer engagement, social media, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience managing online communities (SaaS, ecommerce, or creator-focused products strongly preferred).
- Proven experience communicating updates, timelines, or announcements to a customer audience.
