What you will do

• Define monthly content strategy and oversee publishing across social platforms.
• Proactively engage and manage the brand’s online communities.
• Actively listen and identify relevant social media trends to propose and execute content opportunities.
• Analyze performance, create reports, and propose improvements based on key KPIs.
• Generate creative content ideas for always-on and campaign execution, especially for X, IG, and TikTok.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and collaborate with other agency areas and internal Social Media department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar social media role.
• Advanced and in-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Previous experience creating videos for social media.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and content streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

• Previous agency experience.
• Experience managing FMCG or telco brands with relevant community management.
• A content portfolio, ideally featuring FMCG and/or telco brands.
