What you will do

• Design and execute the launch playbook across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Create high-value, native content and narratives that provide genuine psychological value to the audience.
• Partner with the growth product team to drive highly engaging and viral user experiences for mental health products.
• Build and manage a network of micro-influencers and creators to amplify the brand's voice.
• Use AI tools for rapid content ideation, video editing, and sentiment analysis.
• Spark and moderate meaningful conversations, turning followers into a supportive, loyal community.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Social Media or Content Marketing, with a proven track record in B2C tech, wellness, or healthcare.
• Ability to script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video content independently.
• Expertise in hooking an audience in the first 3 seconds of a TikTok or Reel.
• Analytical mindset to understand what drives content performance.
• Strategic empathy to discuss mental health responsibly and credibly.
• Comfortable thriving in the "building phase" of a product launch.
• Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
