TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Growth): Driving hirify.global's user growth by owning the strategy and roadmap for acquisition and activation with an accent on data-driven experimentation, funnel conversion, and alignment with marketing teams. Focus on improving onboarding and listing/buying flows, defining key growth metrics, and championing a culture of experimentation.

Location: Barcelona based with a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the growth strategy for user acquisition and activation across hirify.global’s app and web platforms.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve conversion and engagement at every stage of the funnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver impactful growth initiatives.
  • Partner with the Head of Acquisition to align marketing performance with in-product experiences that drive activation.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify friction points in the onboarding and listing/buying flows.
  • Define and monitor key metrics including activation rate, conversion rate, and cost per activated user.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in growth, activation, or conversion optimization roles.
  • Proven experience driving measurable growth through data-informed experimentation and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of growth metrics, attribution models, and lifecycle funnels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and organic channels and marketing attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders around data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace or e-commerce environments, especially with supply/demand activation challenges.
  • Understanding of user segmentation, CRM automation, or retention marketing.
  • Technical background or comfort collaborating closely with engineers.
