What you will do
- Act as Product Owner within the scrum framework for the App squad.
- Apply user insights and App strategy to effectively prioritise the squad’s work.
- Create and maintain a high-quality backlog of well-defined work.
- Actively participate in squad ceremonies, communicating work effectively and helping the team deliver and improve.
- Define success metrics and communicate the value the team has delivered.
- Represent and evangelise the App within the Product team.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a fast-paced online business.
- Experience working with Developers, Product Designers and Analysts to deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present work, explain thinking and discuss decisions confidently.
- Expertise in using both qual and quant data points to form user understanding, conclusions, and guide decision making.
- Well-versed in lean approaches and agile methodologies.
- Strong commercial and technical understanding, allowing clear articulation of concepts to various audiences.
