What you will do
- Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, YouTube, Bing, and affiliates.
- Drive conversions, not just clicks — booking optimisation is key.
- Build and execute CRM, CRO, lifecycle and referral strategies.
- Create positioning and sales assets to support B2B lead generation.
- Operate hands-on while managing external PPC, SEO and creative partners.
Requirements
- Experience growing a consumer product or service with direct commercial impact.
- Deep fluency in CAC, LTV, payback periods, and unit economics.
- Hands-on PPC/CRM/CRO skills with a sharp eye for conversion levers.
- Ability to execute fast in a lean, high-ownership environment.
- Comfort working in regulated sectors or high-trust B2C industries.
