What you will do

• Design and deliver training & enablement to help government users get confident with ChatGPT.
• Build and steward the hirify.global for Government community across state, local, federal, and international governments.
• Own government-specific content and messaging, translating complex AI concepts into clear and compelling language.
• Plan and execute government-focused events such as workshops, listening tours, roundtables, panels, and hackathons.
• Champion adoption through inspiration by highlighting and celebrating government “wins” and creative uses of ChatGPT.
• Operate with a systems mindset to build repeatable, scalable processes for content creation, community engagement, and training delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology adoption enablement and training, community management, communications, marketing, education, or related roles.
• Government experience or deep government adjacency (public sector roles, contractors, NGOs, civic tech, policy, or government-focused companies).
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to plan and run events that people actually want to attend.
• Comfort training and speaking to groups.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and keep many moving pieces aligned.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale technology adoption (AI) or behavior change.
• Familiarity with state, local, federal, or international government ecosystems.
• Background in education, training design, or enablement programs.
• Experience with event creation and management.
• Experience building champion networks, communities of practice, or peer-learning programs.
