Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Build real software, demos, and prototypes using Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini.
• Produce high-quality content including videos, posts, and playbooks documenting your builds.
• Lead AI workshops, hackathons, and leadership enablement sessions for customers.
• Translate frontier AI capabilities into actionable language for non-technical operators and leaders.
• Stay on the cutting edge by testing new models and workflows as they are released.
• Establish a consistent cadence of build, content creation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with a portfolio of work built using AI coding tools.
• Proven ability to create technical content (videos, posts, or playbooks) for an AI-curious audience.
• Deep understanding of the current AI landscape and ability to articulate tool choices.
• Experience teaching technical material or leading workshops for non-technical audiences.
• Operational discipline to manage parallel workstreams of coding, content production, and training.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City 5 days a week.
